Mr. Al-Zamkan joined to Al-Manar Financing and Leasing Company in April 2007. Before joining Al-Manar he held several senior positions in local financing institutions. Mr Al-Zamkan received his Technical Diploma from Kuwait and completed several specialized courses in financing and leasing.
